Yes, I had posting my one before downloading the new news :-)
Perhaps we need as user agent to use a more recent Firefox version like:

User agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; WOW64; rv:52.0) Gecko/20100101
Firefox/63.0 SeaMonkey/2.49.1
I have tested = DOESNOT WORK

BUT this one is working:
User agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; WOW64; rv:52.0) Gecko/20100101
Firefox/63.0

I have tested this one: User agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; WOW64;
rv:52.0) Gecko/20100101 SeaMonkey/2.49.1
But I don't like the menu ...

Same problem has recently occurred using SeaMonkey 2.48 on a Mac, updated to 2.49.4 same error occurs.

Suggested work around in above thread, to disable SM's user agent string option not to advertise Firefox compatibility does correct the error but not a solution as that too
causes problems accessing some sites.

It's a Google glitch not SeaMonkey, Duck Duck Go search works correctly.

This is an old known issue with old SeaMonkey (SM) web browser. Google
needs to fix it on their end, but it doesn't look like they will. As a
workaround, you can disable SM's user agent string option not to
advertise Firefox compability as shown in my uploaded

screen capture/shot.

Please do let Google about this issue through/via its

form so they know there are many old SeaMonkey users. Maybe they can be
pressured by us old SM users to make them fix it.

I have posted my post  (with the windows-update-text removed) to the

Does it not seem a bit strange that I have to include the Firefox
information on the user-agent to use Google Maps, but apparently you
have to get rid of it to use Google search?
